Hello!

I’ve had a very productive couple of weeks and I have a finished top or flimsy to show you today. Two weeks ago I started the Chuckles quilt in the baby size. The pattern is by Elizabeth Hartman. Chuckles the fish shows up first in Elizabeth Hartman’s pattern, Awesome Ocean. I decided to use a fat eighth bundle I had of Violet Craft’s Palm Canyon fabrics for the pattern. I thought tropical colored fish would be fun. This was a relatively quick to cut and put together. Not too many pieces or fiddly bits to worry about.

Now it’s off to the longarm quilter to get quilted. I won’t get it back for several weeks so in the meantime I’ve picked up another new quilt to work on. It’s a gift so I can’t give any details here or on Facebook. I will share once it has been gifted.
