Hello!

I’m in the process of gathering fabrics and cutting out a couple Sew Together Bags. The Sew Together Bag pattern is by Sew Demented. I’ll be making one for myself out of Alison Glass fabric and the second is for a friend and I haven’t quite decided what I’m doing for her yet. I have most of the pieces cut out for mine and I have picked zippers. I still need to cut out the outer piece and quilt it. Instead of quilting it to batting, I’m considering quilting it to foam for a sturdier bag but haven’t quite decided yet.

Since I haven’t started sewing my bag together my mom sent me some pictures of her finished bag as an example. It’s a super handy bag and you can fit quite a bit in it.

We were at the coast for the past four days so not much sewing going on otherwise this week.
